Roles & Permissions
Three accounts, three genuinely different experiences of the same portal — not just hidden menu items, but different data. Every screen on this page was captured from that role's own real login, not simulated or described from the admin's view.
Landing Dashboard
All three roles land on the same home screen after signing in, but a Vendor's numbers are already narrowed down before they click anything: 5 proctors, 10 interview selects for this one vendor, against the Coordinator's (and Admin's) full 12 proctors, 18 interview selects across every vendor. The menu on the left shrinks to match — a Vendor never even sees a link to a page they can't use.
The Workforce Table
Admin and Coordinator both reach the same full Proctors table, with the same filters and bulk actions (aside from the handful of admin-only setup pages). Vendor sees the exact same table — same columns, same look — but it only ever shows that vendor's own proctors, and the Demo/Assessment columns gain a capability no other role has: a direct Set Ready action, since a vendor is the only party positioned to actually know when their own candidate is prepared.
